We are inviting non-profits in our area to participate with us, to help increase funding so
desperately needed by our non-profits.

Unit 239 is renting rooms, every Wednesday night, at Lumpkin County Parks and Recreation to
hold bingo.Along with the rental comes the full use of the kitchen at Parks and Rec.
We are offering the use of the kitchen to groups who would like to make money for their
organization by providing meals and drinks for the bingo players. ALL monies made from selling
meals and drinks will be kept by the organization providing the meal. Each organization will be
responsible for deciding what they want to sell and set your own prices. We do recommend
prices are kept at $10 or below for a meal, as we have experienced $10 is the best price point.
The cost of drinks usually sells best at $1. Each organization would be responsible for cleanup of
the kitchen.

The doors for bingo will open at 4:30 P.M. with the first game starting at 5:30 P.M. It has been our
experience; most bingo players do not eat after 7:00 P.M., so the hours of the kitchen would be
5:00-7:00 P.M. Our Unit, along with each organization, will advertise which group is providing the
meal each Wednesday so everyone knows the group they are supporting.

Any organization may sign up to provide meals and drinks for as many days as they
choose, and scheduling will be done on a first come, first serve basis.
